Shipping Information

Please note: USPS transit times are NOT guaranteed nor are they considered expedited services.  If you choose this option, please expect that there may be a delay, while the shipment is in transit.  If you need guaranteed expedited service (2 Day / Next Day Service), you will need to choose one of the FedEx expedited options at checkout.

Shipping

The transit times indicated above, are estimated travel times, once a shipment has already been shipped. These travel times are based on business days and MAY NOT include weekends or holidays. Some items CANNOT be shipped via USPS. If this option is chosen, you may be contacted by Customer Service.

Handling

There is a 1-3 business day(s) handling time, before an order is shipped.

During holidays and major sales, there may be a high volume of orders. Due to this, the handling times are 2-4 business days, before orders are shipped.

Any orders placed over the weekend, will start being processed on Monday.

Expedited Shipments

All Expedited (Express) orders must be placed by 2 p.m. PST. Any orders placed after 2 p.m. PST will ship on the next business day.

Freight Shipments

Some items are considered oversized items and CANNOT ship via FedEx Ground services or US Postal Service. These items will need to be shipped on a pallet via Freight Truck.

For Freight Orders, actual shipping costs are calculated at the time of shipping.

You may be prompted to check out using the “custom shipping quote” option. With this option, estimated shipping charges will need to be calculated by our shipping department.

International Shipments

Estimated travel times for FedEx International deliveries are 1-2 weeks.

Estimated travel times for US Postal Service deliveries are 3-4 weeks.
