When placing an order or providing information to Tuckers Classic Auto Parts you agree to adhere to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy expressed hereafter. The information provided in the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy may be revised without notice, at any time, and you will be bound by such revisions.

ORDERING INFORMATION

ONLINE ORDERS

Tuckers Classic Auto Parts has expanded it’s online store for your shopping convenience 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!  This feature allows you to place orders at your convenience on our secure site.  Log onto www.tuckersparts.com to place your order today! We accept all major credit cards along with Pay Pal.  When placing your order online, we do not accept personal checks, money orders, cashiers check or C.O.D.  For tracking information, please see ORDER STATUS AND BACKORDERS. Also, all credit card and Pay Pal purchases will be subject to the rules and regulations applicable to the credit card or Pal Pal account that you use.

TELEPHONE ORDERS

Tuckers Classic Auto Parts is open Monday – Friday from 8 am – 5 pm MST.  We are closed Sunday and major holidays.  To place your order via telephone, call our toll free line at 800.544.1955 to speak to one of our highly trained and knowledgeable sales staff members to expedite your purchase. Please have your part numbers, descriptions and desired quantity ready when ordering.  We accept all major credit cards and Pay Pal. C.O.D. and wire transfers are not permitted.  If you require the use of a personal check, a cashier’s check or money order, please refer to FORMS OF PAYMENT.

ORDER BY MAIL, FAX OR EMAIL

When ordering by mail or fax, simply fill out the order form located in the back of your catalog.  Please mail your completed order form to Tuckers Classic Auto Parts at 244 N. Westview Dr. #3, Cedar City, UT 84720 with your payment, or fax your order form to 702-258-4578 with your credit card information.

When ordering by email, please either email a scanned copy of your order form or provide your order in the body of your email.  Please be sure to include your Name, Mailing and Billing Address, Phone Number, Vehicle Make/Model and specify Shortbed/Longbed and Stepside/Fleetside if applicable.  Please also include the quantity, description and item number for each item.  Please see FORMS OF PAYMENT for acceptable payment methods.

CHANGE ORDERS

Order changes or ad-ons must be made by telephone.  Changes or ad-ons may only be completed prior to the order shipping from Tuckers Classic Auto Parts.  Non-stocking and special order items cannot be added to a previous order and will be treated as a new order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders of in-stock items may be cancelled prior to the order shipping from Tuckers Classic Auto Parts.  Special orders or non-stocked items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if the order is cancelled prior to shipment of the order.  Once a special order or non-stocked item order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

PRODUCT IMAGES AND DESCRIPTIONS

Images used in catalogs and in the online store are used solely to provide an example of product.  Please refer to the item description to be sure you are ordering the correct part.  Incorrect purchases will be subject to a 20% restocking fee with return shipping at the customer’s expense.  Tuckers Classic Auto Parts is not responsible for variations in physical appearance of product images or product descriptions that may be considered inconsequential by the manufacturer.  If you have any questions regarding an item you are viewing, please call our toll free order line at 800-544-1955 to confirm you are ordering the correct part.

If you do not find the item you are looking for in our catalog or online store, please do not hesitate to CALL AND ASK!  We have many used parts available and we are continually adding new parts to our inventory as they become available.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Items may or may not be identified as “special order” online or in catalogs.  Please inquire with Tuckers Classic Auto Parts if you are unsure if an item is a special order.  Customer is responsible to verify whether or not an item is a special order item prior to purchase.  Tuckers Classic Auto Parts does not allow any returns on special orders. No Exceptions.

SALES TAX

Purchases may be subject to the sales tax laws of the jurisdictions in which the purchaser is located. Please refer to your local law in that regard. Nevada and Utah residents are required to pay applicable sales tax.  Businesses holding a Nevada or Utah tax resale license must provide a copy of the license prior to purchasing items in order for the tax exemption to be applied to the order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Tuckers Classic Auto Parts welcomes international orders. When an order is placed by phone, fax or email, Tuckers Classic Auto Parts will email the parts list and customer must respond with written approval of the order prior to the packaging and shipment of the order.  Tuckers Classic Auto Parts offers an online international service at www.tuckersparts.com to assist international customers with purchasing, import duties and taxes, and shipping costs converted to your currency rate.

Paypal and Credit Cards will be accepted as payment for international orders.  Please note that purchases may be subject to the sales tax and import laws of the jurisdictions in which the purchaser is located and you need to refer to local law. Return or exchange items must be shipped back to Tuckers Classic Auto Parts at customer’s expense, please refer to RETURN MURCHANDISE.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

Tuckers Classic Auto Parts does not offer C.O.D. as a form of payment. However, we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Paypal.  Personal checks, Money Orders and Certified Checks are welcome.  If paying by Check, Money Order or Certified Check please note that your order will not ship until funds have cleared the bank (approximate 2 week delay in processing/shipping your order).  Please do NOT send cash by mail.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

ORDER DELIVERY METHODS

UPS, FedEx or USPS will typically be used to send product orders. Other shipping carriers may be used as deemed necessary by Tuckers Classic Auto Parts.  If ordering by mail, fax or email, please contact Tuckers Classic Auto Parts for an estimated shipping cost to be included with your payment.  Please note: Shipping costs will be verified at time of shipment.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  The minimum shipping charge is $12.00. Please allow 2-10 business days from the time your order is processed for delivery.  Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions or other factors outside of our control (such as supplier delays, accidents, governmental action, actions of other third parties, or other situations out of the control of Tuckers Classic Auto Parts.)  Tuckers Classic Auto Parts does not guarantee delivery within the estimated time.  Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All international orders (including Alaska and Hawaii) will need to contact Tuckers Classic Auto Parts for a shipping estimate.

If you would like expedited delivery, please specify at the time of ordering.  Expedited delivery will incur additional shipping charges.

OVERSIZED ITEMS

Oversized items will be shipped via freight truck and shipping charges will vary according to size and weight.  Please call our order line at 800-544-1955 for an estimate of freight charges.  Oversized items purchased from the online store will not be charged for freight at the time of ordering.  Freight charges for online orders are charged when the items are shipped.

Items may or may not be identified as oversized online or in catalogs. Should it be determined that the item will be shipped by freight truck, applicable freight charges will apply.  Oversized items are determined by the third party freight company.  Tuckers Classic Auto Parts will request written authorization from customer for additional freight charges prior to collecting payment and processing customer’s order.

ORDER SHORTAGES

Please carefully inspect all items upon receipt of your order.  Please refer to your sales receipt to confirm that you have received all of the items you ordered and that there are not any damaged items.  If your shipment is missing any items, please reference your sales receipt to confirm whether or not they are on backorder or out of stock (please see BACKORDERS below for more information).  If the missing item(s) are not on backorder or out of stock and you were billed for the item(s), you must contact Tuckers Classic Auto Parts within four (4) days of receipt to request replacement of the missing items.  If any of the item(s) in your shipment were received damaged, please refer to DAMAGED SHIPMENTS.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package appears damaged, please open the shipment and examine the items within the packaging before signing for the shipment.  If any items within the shipment are damaged, request that the delivery person makes a note of the damaged items on the delivery receipt and take photos of the packaging and damaged item(s).  You must then immediately contact Tuckers Classic Auto Parts to file a damage claim.  All shipments should be inspected promptly, whether or not the packaging appears damaged.  Any damaged items must be reported to Tuckers Classic Auto Parts within four (4) days of receipt or attempted delivery.  Damage claims should be emailed to info@tuckersparts.com with photos of the packaging and damaged item(s).

ORDER STATUS AND BACKORDERS

ORDER STATUS

You can typically expect your order to be processed within 24-48 business hours pending payment verification and confirmation of in stock items.  Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays.  Delivery estimates are based on business days (not including Saturday/Sunday or major holidays) and are not guaranteed by Tuckers Classic Auto Parts.

If you provided an email address when placing your order, you will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.  You may also login to your account at www.tuckersparts.com at any time to view your shipment status if the order was placed online.

OUT OF STOCK AND BACKORDERS

Tuckers Classic Auto Parts attempts to keep all items in stock, however manufacturing trends of the restoration industry may cause some items to be backordered or temporarily out of stock.  If an item is backordered, it is currently not available from the manufacturer.  If an item is temporarily out of stock, it is on order with the manufacturer but out of stock in our warehouse.  Backordered and out of stock items will be shown on your invoice as qty. “0” and will not be included in your shipment.  When out of stock items become available, the items will be shipped without notification at no additional shipping charge.  If your item is backordered, we will notify you as soon as possible, at which point you will be given the option to keep the item on backorder or cancel the purchase of the backordered items.

You will be charged for the out of stock or backordered items at the time of shipment.  Note: Online orders are paid in full at the time of ordering.  To cancel an out of stock item or backorder that has not been shipped, please call our order line at 800-544-1955 immediately.  Once out of stock or backordered items have been shipped, the order may no longer be cancelled.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

WARRANTY

Tuckers Classic Auto Parts does not manufacture products and offers no express or implied warranty of any type as to product condition or function, or suitability for intended use.

Products may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, but you will need to confirm such a warranty with the manufacturer. Tuckers Classic Auto Parts will make reasonable attempts to accommodate a warranty return, but makes no representation that it will be successful in such an attempt.  It will be the customer’s sole responsibility to pay the return shipping on warranty exchanges.  Tuckers Classic Auto Parts will not issue refunds or replacements of any products involved in a warranty claim.

If you have received a defective item, and would like our assistance in processing a warranty claim with the manufacturer, you must notify Tuckers Classic Auto Parts within the manufacturer’s warranty period.

By purchasing a product or item through Tuckers Classic Auto Parts, you agree that your only recourse will be against the manufacturer of the product. Tuckers Classic Auto Parts is not liable, and shall not be held responsible for, any loss, injury, or damage, direct or consequential, arising from the use or the inabilities of the product.  The purchaser and/or user of any product purchased through Tuckers Classic Auto Parts shall assume all risk and liability whatsoever in connection herewith.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE

Tuckers Classic Auto Parts does not allow any returns on special orders, electrical parts or unpackaged literature.  All other returns must be pre-approved by Tuckers Classic Auto Parts. Returns and refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Approved returns shall be shipped back to Tuckers Classic Auto Parts at the customer’s sole expense.  Approved returns will be provided a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number that is to be clearly written on the exterior of the shipping container or package.  If the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number is non-existent or not clearly marked, Tuckers Classic Auto Parts reserves the right to refuse the shipment at the shipper’s expense.  RMA Numbers expire ten (10) business days from the date of issuance.  It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the return shipment is received by Tuckers Classic Auto Parts within ten (10) business days from the date the RMA Number is provided to the customer.

All approved returns must be received by Tuckers Classic Auto Parts within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.  Approved returns within thirty (30) days may be eligible for a refund or exchange.  Refunds will be issued in the same payment method the item(s) were originally paid for, however cash refunds exceeding $100.00 will be issued in the form of a check.  All returns must be unopened and in the original packaging along with the sales receipt indicating the reason for return and including your contact information. Items received after thirty (30) days, but within ninety (90) days of the invoice date may be eligible for exchange for an item of equal or greater value. Store credits will not be issued.  Tuckers Classic Auto Parts does not allow any returns after ninety (90) days from the invoice date. No Exceptions.

Returned items must be received by Tuckers Classic Auto Parts in the original condition and unopened packaging.  Please take necessary precautions to ensure the items are protected and well packaged during return shipping.  If returned items are not received in the original condition, Tuckers Classic Auto Parts will deny the return or exchange.  At that time you will be contacted and given the opportunity to have the item(s) shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Please allow 7-10 business days from the date an approved return is received by Tuckers Classic Auto Parts for proper return processing.  You will be contacted at the information you provide on the return receipt once your return has been accepted and processed.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Tuckers Classic Auto Parts recognizes the importance of quality technical support.  Many Tuckers Classic Auto Parts employees are also classic car/truck enthusiasts and own a restoration vehicle.  Any technical support or advice given or implied either in person, by telephone or electronic communication is offered as a convenience to our customers and is not to be considered directive or instructive.  Tuckers Classic Auto Parts will not be responsible for any damage, injury or destruction caused by technical support or advice given, and offers no warranty, express or implied as to any such technical support or advice.

PRIVACY POLICY

Any information provided to Tuckers Classic Auto Parts will be used for the purpose of order placement, processing, shipping, providing shipment tracking information and customer support as well as notifications of services or products, promotions, sales and events sponsored by Tuckers Classic Auto Parts.  Your personal information will not be sold, distributed or otherwise shared with any other entities.  You may update your stored account information by logging into your account at www.tuckersparts.com.

By providing your email and/or mailing address, you consent to allow Tuckers Classic Auto Parts to contact you for the above stated reasons.  You may opt out of receiving email communication by emailing info@tuckersparts.com.

Any photographs taken during events hosted, sponsored or attended by Tuckers Classic Auto Parts including, but not limited to; photos of vehicles, vehicle owners, spectators, vendors, entertainers, etc. will be the property of Tuckers Classic Auto Parts.  Tuckers Classic Auto Parts reserves the right to use these photos for marketing, promotion, advertising and social media networking, among other uses unless otherwise expressly prohibited in writing by the person or vehicle’s owner depicted in the photograph.

Any photographs provided to Tuckers Classic Auto Parts by suppliers, vendors, spectators, customers or others will be the property of Tuckers Classic Auto Parts upon receipt. Tuckers Classic Auto Parts reserves the right to use these photos for marketing, promotion, advertising and social media networking, among other uses unless otherwise expressly prohibited in writing by the person or vehicle’s owner depicted in the photograph.

Tuckers Classic Auto Parts reserves the right to use third party contractors or service providers.  These functions may include but is not limited to order fulfillment, shipment, credit card processing, mail and email delivery, photography and design services, data analysis and marketing assistance.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Tuckers Classic Auto Parts mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Tuckers Classic Auto Parts (“Tuckers Classic Auto Parts”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Tuckers Classic Auto Parts’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Tuckers Classic Auto Parts through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
