Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:

By placing an order or providing information, customers agree to adhere to Tuckers Classic Auto Parts' Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

These terms may be revised without notice, and customers are bound by such revisions.
Ordering Methods:

Online Orders: Available 24/7 at www.tuckersparts.com. Accepted payments include major credit cards and PayPal.

Telephone Orders: Available Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm MST, via 800-544-1955. Accepted payments include major credit cards and PayPal.

Email Orders: Email orders should be sent to info@tuckersparts.com require customer details and part specifications. Refer to Forms of Payment for acceptable methods.
Order Changes and Cancellations:

Changes or add-ons must be made by telephone before shipment. Changing or adding non-stocking or special order items will be treated as new orders.

In-stock item orders can be canceled before shipment.

Special orders or non-stocked items incur a 20% restocking fee if canceled before shipment and cannot be canceled after shipment.
Product Information:

Catalog and online images are for illustration only. Customers must verify part details using item descriptions to avoid incorrect purchases, which incur a 20% restocking fee and return shipping at the customer’s expense.

Special Orders:

Customers are responsible to verify if an item is a special order before purchase. Special orders are non-returnable, with no exceptions.
Sales Tax:

Purchases are subject to local and nexus sales tax laws in the state where the order will be shipped or will-called.
International Orders:

Accepted at tuckersparts.com, or via phone, fax, or email with written customer approval required before shipment.

Payments accepted include PayPal and credit cards.

International returns or exchanges will be accepted according to the return policy, return shipping is solely at the customer’s expense.
Forms of Payment:

Accepted payments include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, personal checks, money orders, and certified checks. C.O.D. is not offered.

Orders paid by check, money order, or certified check ship after funds clear (approximately 2 weeks). Please do not mail cash.
Pricing and Availability:

Catalog and online prices are subject to change without notice. Availability is not guaranteed due to manufacturing and supply chain trends. Contact 800-544-1955 for pricing and availability.
Shipping:

Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other carriers as needed. Minimum shipping charge is $12.00.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Expedited delivery incurs additional charges. International and oversized item orders require a shipping estimate.

Oversized items ship via freight truck with variable charges, requiring written customer authorization for additional fees. If truck freight pricing is higher than what has been collected, customer will be contacted with an updated freight quote.

Shipping estimates are based on the original order being shipped in one complete shipment. If item(s) are out of stock, the customer may request for the order to be shipped multiple shipments, however additional shipping charges may apply for the separate shipments.

Package Protection is offered and strongly recommended. This service provides a replacement or refund for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. Orders that have declined Package Protection will not be covered.
Order Shortages

Order shortages should be reported to info@tuckersparts.com. Please refer to your invoice to confirm that the item has not been invoiced with qty (0), indicating that it is currently out of stock or on backorder.
Lost/Stolen or Damaged Shipments:

Package Protection is offered and strongly recommended. This service provides a replacement or refund for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. Orders that have declined Package Protection will not be covered.

Inspect orders upon receipt. If Package Protection was accepted, please report damaged items within three (3) business days of receipt to info@tuckersparts.com with photos of the damaged packaging and/or items. Please report visible damage to the delivery driver and ensure it is documented before signing.

If Package Protection was accepted, Lost/Stolen shipments should be reported by email to info@tuckersparts.com. Domestic packages that have not shown movement via the carrier’s tracking site within five (5) business days will be deemed lost or stolen and will be covered under Package Protection.
Package Protection:

Package Protection covers lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please report all claims to info@tuckersparts.com. Please provide photos for damage claims. Packages will be deemed lost or stolen after five (5) business days without movement on the shipping carrier’s site or alleged delivery.

When a package is deemed covered under Package Protection, the item(s) will be replaced at Tuckers Classic Auto Parts expense. If the item(s) will not be available within a reasonable time, the customer will be given the option to receive a refund.

Replacement parts will be shipped by the transit method chosen and paid for on the original order (Economy, 2 Day, Overnight, etc.). Customer may choose to upgrade to an expedited shipping method for the replacement item(s) at their expense.
Order Status and Backorders:

In-stock orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking information is emailed once the item(s) have shipped.

Backordered or out-of-stock items are noted on the invoice as qty (0).

Out-of-stock items (normally stocking items that are out of stock) ship when available at no extra shipping charge.

Backordered items (on backorder from the manufacturer) can be kept on order or canceled before shipment. If the items are kept on order, they will be shipped when available at no extra shipping charge.
Warranty:

No warranties are offered by Tuckers Classic Auto Parts. Manufacturer warranties may apply, however customers are responsible for return shipping and pursuing claims with the Manufacturer.
Returns:

Special orders, electrical parts, and unpackaged literature are non-returnable.

Approved returns within 30 days may qualify for refund or exchange. Refunds are issued in the original payment method, with cash refunds over $100 issued by check.

Approved returns within 90 days may be issued a store credit or exchange for equal or greater value.

Returns after 90 days are not accepted.
-
Returns require pre-approval and an RMA number, valid for 10 business days.
-
Returns must be unopened, in original packaging, and shipped at the customer’s expense.

Return or exchange value is for parts only, shipping may not be refunded.
Store Credits:

Store credits may be used when ordering by phone or email only.
-
Store credits do not hold cash value and will not be paid out. Store credit balances will expire one (1) year after the date of issue.
Technical Support:

Technical support is offered as a courtesy by knowledgeable staff but carries no warranty. Tuckers Classic Auto Parts is not liable for damages or injuries resulting from advice given.
Privacy Policy:

Customer information is used for order processing, shipping, support, and marketing by Tuckers Classic Auto Parts. Information is not sold or shared with third parties except for service providers (e.g., shipping, payment processing).

Update account information at www.tuckersparts.com. Opt out of email communications by emailing info@tuckersparts.com.

Photos taken or provided at events hosted or attended by Tuckers Classic Auto Parts become Tuckers Classic Auto Parts’ property for marketing unless prohibited in writing by the depicted person or vehicle owner.
