1955 2nd-1959 Windshield Molding Clips Set (4) - GM Truck
Each truck that has front windshield exterior molding, requires four windshield molding clips.
I ordered (8) windshield clips on 11/8/2024 for 55-59 GM stainless steel windshield molding. I have 6 pcs of the original clips which are not in very good condition and had been looking for new ones for a long while. When I saw that your website had these items listed and knowing that apparently these clips are hard to find. I placed my order. The original factory clips are 1.500" long which would allow for approximately 3/4" of insertion of the molding into the clip. The items which I received from Tuckers Classic Auto Parts are only 3/4" long which will only allow for 3/8" insertion of molding into the clip. These clips are being sold as replacement parts for original items. Are all of your replacement parts for 55-59 GM trucks half as big as the original items?
