Altman Easy Door Latch Kit - 1955-1959 Chevy or GMC Truck 3100 3200

 
This Altman Easy Latch Kit is for the 1955 second series - 1959 Chevrolet Task Force Trucks. This is a complete, vehicle specific, bolt-on bear claw latch kit for your classic Chevy truck. This kit allows you to retain your exterior door handles, interior door handles, and your exterior door lock cylinders. The kit comes with steel jam plates. Each kit comes with stainless steel striker bolts and everything you need to complete the installation. Detailed instructions with pictures, templates, and all necessary hardware including striker bolt plates or blocks. Kit does not include door handles or lock cylinders.

Please note: The jamb plates included in this kit are not compatible with the factory long interior panel, so that panel will need to be removed for installation. If you would like to retain the factory appearance and keep the original panel, please contact us to order the original panel kit.

If you plan to install power lock actuators, you will also need the Optional Lock Kit (OLB-101).
